Changing tyres has probably been done to death but I've learned a few things recently that I haven't seen mentioned which might help someone. I broadly follow the Jay Clark or Doug Schopinsky method (search youtube to see videos). The first time I tried to change the tyre I had a hell of a time and pinched the tube in several places. But I figured out some of the mistakes and it's getting easier each time I do it. Some tips and differences from the Clark/Schopinsky method:

When using a lever to break the bead you can get a little more leverage if the lever pushes down on a knob, not between knobs.
Pulling the rim out of the tyre with an HD tube still in seems near impossible. Much easier if the tube is removed.
The TKC80 is fairly stiff so it takes a bit of jiggling to get the rim in the right position so it can be pulled out of the tyre.
DRC bead cream is good and slippy but it dries fairly quickly so apply it on one side of the tyre, fit that side, then lube and fit the other side.
Lubing the edge of the bead as well as the side helps to get the bead over the edge of the rim.
