Been a while since I was at buckets.... 2hr actually.
So I am hoping that Sunday will be a nice day and I cant wait to get on the bike....

I have heard that the timming system is now up and running.... how do they work?

It all depends on which Tim is up and running.

How does it work? You put a transponder on your bike and then it all happens by magic.

If you have not bought one, you will have to hire one from John $20 or $30 I think

$260 US... not pocket money.
So my guess is i will be hiring one....

How many people have purchased their own?

Henk

I think enough people have bought that John is no real hurry to sell any more. I think 15 or 20 got sold.
If you decide you want to buy one talk to him.

They let a first timer rider without one in B grade last month, but he didn't get any points and may as well not have been on track safari as the results go. Might be a hard sell in A grade, where you belong.

Talked to Wendy about them when I was down last time and they have none left to sell. Didn't sound like that are planning on getting any more any time soon, and the discount they got wasn't huge.

When I had a look round last month I think the cheapest place to get them is from the UK (shipping may kill it though) I need to do something myself, bit am nit exactly flush with cash at the moment either.

Now the question is, do I take the wets off the bike for the weekend or just leave it set up as it is.

Take the wets off, it's going to be fine (says the guy with no wets for his half a tricycle)

No need for wets on tricycles,(Drift trike) But a man with a tyre groover could be handy !

Best I ask mr Manuel to drag it along then, he has it at the moment.

I still need a GSXR250 front rim to use my wets.

The one I have has a slight (large wobble).... and :shit: my bucket might get wet!

Not going to rain this weekend so don't worry about it. Anyway, wets are for poofters.
