Pillion seat for 2001 GSXR 1000

Hi there,

I have a 2001 GSXR 1000 and I'd like to take my son for a ride, but I bought this without the pillion seat. I'd be keen to talk to anyone that has taken theirs off and doesn't plan on using it again. Right, I've been on the phone to my local Suzy shop and I've found that the following models have the same pillion seat:

GSXR600 2001 - 2003
GSXR750 2000 - 2003
GSXR1000 2001 - 2002
