yep see this all the time, do you have access to a gas plant as heating the bolt/collar juction is the only way to remove it, DO NOT overheat the cases or else you will end up replacing them as they alloy is easy to soften and they distort when you hit the bolt to free it. Failing that hacksaw blade and lots of elbow grease, but be carefull don't cut into the cases or frame. Either way you need to order a new swingarm bolt, they never come out with out damage.

This is quite common, we have in the past heated and used a press to get it out. please don't ask me to explain how to get the bike in the press however! It is mechanical twister!

Same thing with mine. Pivot bolt wouldn't budge. I sprayed the hell out of it with WD40 then let it soak for a day. Got a metal hammer instead of the usual rubber mallet and a metal punch and gave the bolt some biffo! Came out after a few good belts but could see where the collars pressed into the case had welded/corroded onto the bolt. Lesson learnt, more regular maintenance!

having put a MX bike in a press as well i know how hard it is, and how much pressure it can take to get a swingarm pivot bolt out,
