If you havent an NC30 you havent got an NC30

VFR400-NC30 the real deal .The Original - A Classic . THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT L.A.M.S. approved although its nexgen along the RVF is .
Why ,
................itll be the rake n trail thats why [ the steering ] .

400 cc v4 GEAR CAMMED PERFORMANCE .
Elf single sided Mono shock swing arm .
THEY ARE THE BEST RIDES IN THE WORLD .The steering is "very precise" to say it mildly .
Every ride puts a dirty big grin on ya chops .

The cam whine induction noise is insane , the pipe is mean .Tuned to spec .
THIS BABY SINGS ...1 sure footed iron horse this ....youll know what i mean when she starts .

Immaculate condition goes excellent & is used every day .
Driven in anger occasionally .
Stayed up the butt of a Porsche going up the Bombays the other day XXXKPH + at least & still not left behind much to his horror.Shouldve passed the punk ... and left him pissing in the wind .

Anyway the specs are std n the work on it good : all work done by the VFR guru "Ajay of Motohaus".

KM= 64000 original

Body work original but usual paint imperfection from road strike / tar / age etc .
But its still shiny :)
Braided lines
New Black grips
Carbon 2Bros exhaust - just repacked
New sprocket + chain at 50 KM
clutch / throttle cable done .
slipper clutch .. You need this .. :)
Engine strip n check heads off etc at 50 KM
Fork seals done recently [ last few kms ]
New spark plugs
Carby seals all redone recently [ last few kms ]
All filters done
Stomp Grips .

New Dunlop GPR200 18 " rear 150-16 [ just swapped off of a GPRa10f ]
50 % wear 17 " front120-16 GPrA 10f

All electrics good
All levers good
All hoses good

usual Oil n service routine.
Runs best on Hi Octane of course ...

The nite reflection is just Black hi vis reflector tape for safety .Unseen during the day hi vis at night under light .It can be peeled off .
The rim stickers are the Motogp style .

I love this bike to bits & dont really wanna sell her.....BUT...... this pony needs a younger master ....maybe ..

nb:Kms will increase with ongoing useage although not it the rain :)

1999 is a typo fella. You must mean 1989. Like my one..

6k is optimistic.

I'm going to try get 3 for mine.. With 20k less on the clock..

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but....If the bike is an 89 then the bodywork can't be original as this colour scheme didn't appear on the bikes until the early 90's. Quick google tells me 92/93.

6k is well over priced but I haven't actually seen too many for sale lately so you never know.

If you havent an NC30 you havent got an NC30

If you sell it then you dont have a NC30. Unless you own 2 at the moment. Maybe you have seen a better one cheaper....Share

Icemaestro

correct, Its a 92/93 fairing set, with a few extra stickers on it:-P.
A completely original one in pretty good condition will go for 3500, a minter will go for 4500. RVF400's go for 5k, maybe 5500 if it was perfect in every way. in the words of the castle "Tell him he's dreeeeeaamin"

Yes and they're not fast. Sound neat and go 'round them corner things though.

NC30 and RG400 are both quoted at 59HP.

NC30 is 10KG heavier.

I would say it would be a lot easier getting HP out of the RG.

Dear lord, I remember when I sold this bike a couple of years ago. Best VFR I've ever owned (out of several), if I could trust myself on the road again, I'd take 'er back immediately.

Lot of stickers have been added since I sold this little beaut though!
