Hey guys and girls! Due to my situation recently going through significant changes, I am now looking for accommodation on Auckland's North Shore!

I only have a couple of prerequisites, the first being that I'd like to be close to work (Constellation Drive), and secondly I would absolutely prefer the residence to have an enclosed garage that I could use to park my bike. (It's only a 250, doesn't take up much room!)

Other than that, I'd be happy paying (up to) around $200 depending on how flash the place is, and of course the location.

A little bit about me: I'm 31, I'm a keen bike enthusiast (obviously! I don't even have a car), I work between 46 to 55 hours a week at a printing factory... I'm clean and tidy, mature, and responsible! Umm what else? I'm cheerful and happy about life!

So, if you or anyone you know is looking for a flatmate, please let me know!

Thanks for the thought Sabine, but just so everyone knows, I need to be on the North Shore, close to work... :)

I am going to look at a house this weekend, hopefully it works out! I'll keep this thread updated with what happens either way...

When you do find a place let me know .... I am off Barbados & would be keen to meet up for a ride in the weekends or maybe during the week depending on work etc

So, I'm really glad to announce I have found a place to move into, literally two minutes from work, in Unsworth Heights. Nice big garage, cool three bedroom house, really cheap rent! Thanks to everyone for keeping their eyes open for me, I do really appreciate it!

(Possible house warming party next weekend anyone...? Lol)

Hmmmm flat warming might have to be the following weekend guys, I'm gonna be moving all my stuff into the house late saturday arvo, then unpacking and sorting it all out on sunday... I'll let you know though! :)

Just a quick one for those 'in the know', I'm postponing my flatwarming do for a couple of weekends now, was supposed to be this weekend but now it's looking like it'll be later in the month / possibly early next month.

Other than that, the new place is perfect! Everything I could have hoped for and more! Now, just have to finish unpacking... Lol :)
