I would like to suggest a new class to even out the racing a bit ( Rossi wins AGAIN!!).. i think this class would pump some excitement back into Motorcycle racing...

i think we should change Moto GP into Moto Grand Pillion. 36 competitors , riding Goldwings, Blackbirds, FJR1300's, ZZR1200's, etc. (special class for the Road Kings and VN2000's..)

bikes must be full dress, hard luggage, radar detectors, GPS and must carry 2 (think sidecar swinger...)

what do you think?

And there could be a mandatory requirement for all circuits to have:

-- At least one raised personel-access-hatch (manhole) on the racing line
-- A decent-sized diesel patch in a braking area, in case it rains
-- A couple of shovels full of pea gravel, either in the braking area or on the apex of at least one corner
-- A couple of kindy mums in Pajeros meandering around the track, one in each direction
-- A pedestrian or level crossing halfway down the main straight
-- All marking paint to be the slippery-when-wet variety.

[continue]

1. Pillion having to drink 3 cups of tea before setting off, hence wanting to have stops after every ½ dozen laps

2. Punches to the ribs if the rider breaks the speed limit

3. & a compulsory domestic over which direction to go

...and those half helmet things, so we can see the look of determination on Rossi's face as the ABS on his Goldwing is working overtime as he dives up the inside of Sete on his PC800.
