Ever wanted airbags on your bike?

Point Two (http://point-two-motorsport.co.uk/) are making jackets which attach by cable to your bike, in case of an accident where you leave the bike, the cable is pulled and your vest inflates almost instantly.

Just uses a CO2 canister, which is easy/cheap to refill. These have been tried and proven to work at speedway (hitting solid walls at about 100km/h and walking away).

Plus they make a hi-vis vest that inflates aswell so that's SUPER safe ;)

A lot less sophisticated, but hopefully also a lot less expensive than a Dainese D Air jacket.

depending upon their over all qualities, ie water resistance, abrasive resistance, style and comfort, they might be worth a serious look at.
