RedBull are streaming the 2012 Erzberg hare scramble live at http://live.redbull.tv/events/69/red-bull-hare-scramble-2012-erzberg-rodeo-live/
It starts in the next 5 minutes ~10pm.
Chris Birch is not racing, but is commentating, so you get to hear his opinions on the race which is pretty cool.

Just you, it seems to be really good for a live stream from Austria, at my end at least.

pretty damn good for live coverage.
shame david knight went out, a knight vs jonny walker race would have been good to see.
but unless walker hits one of those rocks looks like he's won it easily. [UPDATE] ha just as he's passed by jarvis (but jarvis is probably disqualified).
the streaming over telstra cable is great.

Good find noobi. Coverage was great for me too, my isp is vodafone. Anyone know why Javis was disqualified? That waterpipe hill and rockpile called ? Dinner was a bitch... Some pretty trashed expansion chambers after that.

Apparently Jarvis and Letti missed a turn off riding in a fast section in the fog. Letti said it was like pea soup, and whatever marking there was they never even saw. So they missed doing a whole section of track, not sure why they weren't sent back to re do the section.

Hopefully Chris is just saving his energy for a standout performance at Romaniacs!:first:
Though I guess Jarvis will be seething and looking to blitz too...

I see the results as below, good to see a Gas Gas there, not that I am bias or anything - Go Dougie, I meet him in Melbourne a couple of weeks ago at the world trials champs, Nice guy
Anyway where was I, ah results
Erzberg Rodeo Red Bull Hare Scramble Results 2012:
1. Jonny Walker (KTM)
2. Dougie Lampkin (Gas-Gas)
3. Ben Hemingway (KTM)
4. Paul Bolton (KTM)
5. Taichi Tanaka (KTM)
6. Lars Enöckl (KTM)
7. Dan Hemingway (KTM)
What happened to Taddy Blazusiak, I assume he did not enter, I feel sorry For Graham Jarvis, that is twice he has missed out because of missing check points, but I guess that is all part of it, same as Romaniacs.
And our own Chris Birch, would have been nice to have a Kiwi in the race.

I'm watching it piecemeal, their are still 4 rows of riders still to start & I'm knackered.
Apparently Taddy was racing in the US, according to Nordie.
Romaniacs is going to be interesting, lots of Kiwis racing.
Did you manage to get a smile out of Dougie Lampkin? These Yorkshiremen are not renowned for their emotions.... Met Martin a couple of times, he needed an ale or two to loosen up proper like.

Ah got it, oh well you cant be in two places at once.
Yeah Dougie was fairly easy going and cheerful, almost "just one of the boys" so to speak, was awesome to see the worlds best do there stuff.
All eyes on Romaniacs for the Kiwis then

Finally watched it from start to finish last night with the Chancellor, imagine that, 5 hours on the couch watching people torture themselves. I can barely move in sympathy today.
600km's of Romaniacs coming up!!!
