We have run the MX Holiday Programme since January 2011. It is very successful and the kids love it. Good coaches and three different tracks used through the week.
- Turn up on Monday with your bike in Napier (we have a couple of bikes for rent too). Bring petrol, lunch, drink and 2 tiedowns.
- We use vans and big trailers to get all to the track.
- We will be back at 4pm and you will pick up your child.
- You can leave the bike with us for the week. We store it in a locked up safe garage. (If you want to do maintenance and/or repairs you are welcome to take the bike home with you and bring back next day)
- Friday we have a small prize giving and you pick up the bike and your child.
Cost: $60/day or $250 for whole week. We are WINZ approved so if you qualify you can get WINZ subsidy.
Coaches this time: Matthew Prumm (ex top NZ racer) and Thomas Oughton (Hawke's Bay rider). Both have worked with us a few times now and the kids love them.
Age group: 4 - 16yo. All get individual coaching based on their skills.
This all happens 9 - 13 July.
If you live outside Hawke's Bay and would like your son/daughter to be part of this, but have nowhere for him/her to stay we can try to help you. Please ask!
