If I was going to ride again - I would want this bike.......it is different, distinctive and looks set up for the track
The Laverda SFC 1000’s component list includes:
- Öhlins Racing front fork with titanium nitride coating and special setup for super-smooth action.
- Front brake with radial pump master cylinder, radial callipers and four pads.
- Forged aluminium monolithic calliper mounting block for greater rigidity and braking stability.
- Öhlins Racing rear monoshock set up specially for solo riding, with length adjustment as well as preload, compression and rebound adjustment.
- Steering damper.
- Thermoformed windshield with scratch-proof coating, designed for maximum transparency and visibility.
- Carbon fibre front mudguard.
- Carbon fibre rear mudguard.
- Carbon fibre dashboard trim.
- Aluminium oil reservoir with cooling fins.
- Forged aluminium front wheel.
- Forged aluminium rear wheel.

Call one a Philistine / uncouth / uncivilised ... but one doesn't like it on the evidence of that pic ... one has seen better looking bikes made from lego.

Speaking of which - I think the Ducati 999 looks like a Bionicle.

I was just doing a search for triples and Laverda in particular and came across this site. Not a triple, but very desirable.

Eurodave , check the date for the first posting , wkid got out of motorcycles after a lowside on the Rima's a couple of years back, older link...Mooch

Thats true, sort of, but he still lurks, check his profile, he was on KB today!! Still posts occasionally too.
