Find an appropriate 2.75 and 3.00 18" tyres

I need some modern tyres to fit an old Suzuki GT125 with the above alloy rim specs.

Ok... some dumb questions.

1. Can you convert the above to xx/yy/18 equivalents? If so - I can then search for some equivalents

2. If 1. doesn't make sense - any recommendations for suitable tyres? (I know rubber ones are a good start)

2.75 = 80/90
3.00 = 90/90
