Sorry I do not know why. I have just re done the photos 230 of them & checked the Picasa setting are set ( open to the public) this link is these photos only https://picasaweb.google.com/117238910642550232767/20120721BridgestoneWinterSeriesR321072012# Others seem to be able to see them, good luck.
