I am planning on heading up to Blenheim 12:30ish on Friday to catch up with an uncle possibly for the last time. If anyone is heading that way at similar time some riding company would be welcome. Will not have time to catch any of the "dear old home town" KBers, mebe next time.
Will head back to Chch Saturday leaving Bm 9:30ish so again if anyone from up that way is heading South for a bit...
Prob easiest to pm me or leave a note here.

Thanks for the thoughts.
The weather looks good and I am happy on my own or with others. Maybe catch you on a ride around Chch some time.

Well to continue this conversation with myself...
Great to meet up with you Shadow and hope you were not too frustrated bimbling along behind me part of the way. I was impressed with your handling and your back tyre says it all.
If I get out to Ruapuna next week will look out for you and do some intros to other KBers.

Yeah like "how come he got behind me" :ride: I got back to Chch in good time on Saturday - left Blm 10am, coffee at Oaro (15mins) cousin at Cheviot (1hr) home at 2:30 and on one tankfull. Filled up today and got 18.5km/L (52mpg) - how come?? Must be run in by now.
Thanks LB. Having met Shadow and seen how he handles the Duke, I would expect him to give Dangerous etc etc a bit of trouble at Ruapuna. That is one nice bike. :Punk:
