It mentions another group reporting him a week or so before also. Very likely one of the riders in this group was involved then also and they started it this time.

Near the end of the video I could hear the African American accent coming from one of the occupants of the offending vehicle. The reason I made that comment was due to the fact that the driver of the car did nothing short of attempted murder. SMIDSYs are one thing, but to deliberately crash into a biker is taking things way too far.

Apparently the police didn't consider the video evidence was of sufficient influence that they wanted to use it for such charges, highly likely I'd entertain because "they" the bike riders instigated this whole thing.

Depends on circumstance really. While I don't think this was the case, imagine if you were driving your family on a holiday and the a bunch of bikers came up and threatened you.
I would not even hesitate to put a biker into a lowside if the safety of my family is involved.

I didn't see the bikers threatening the cager with a gun or any other weapon. Going on the facts alone from which I saw, it was no less dangerous than walking up to someone with a gun and shooting them in the chest. The risk of serious injury or death from the act of crashing into a bike rider is extremely high considering the speeds at which they were travelling at.

Acting on thier own stupidity, could have been the last thing either of them done that night.

@ 36 seconds, camera bike was clearly in the cars lane...wanker.

These sorts of assholes need to be arrested as well. For sure, the guy in the car was dangerous, but it looks like a mob mentality among bikers. I wouldn't be surprised at all to find that the video preceding that which was uploaded showed the bikers baiting the car until a reaction occurred.

Then they post it on youtube to get money from clicks and feed the mob mentality that cagers are trying to kill us. Judging by what they are wearing they could do with more than a bit of education. Like it or not people need personal space, especially at 60mph.
But once again I don't think it was a case that they were threatening him. But they could have been. Who knows.
