So I'll be living on my own in the not so distant future and need some advice on phone/internet options.
Currently I'm on a telecom broadband and normal landline phone package but I keep being told about VOIP etc.
Not being one who accepts change easily, which way is the best to go?
Requirements:
30-40GB data per month
Calling friends/family in UK - currently us phone cards which are cheap
Daily calling friends in USA who are on mobile (Sprint) only! This is the big issue, trying to get a cheap way to call them other than Skype.
Free local calls - Auckland
For ref, I have a Vodafone mobile if that makes any difference. Also have an older iMac Intel running Tiger and a Airport Express wifi.
Hopefully you tech guys can help understand all this techy jargon that i keep getting confused with on sites!!!
