I am new to the sight and thanks for having me on board. I joined because there had been previous threads about the cb250rs decompression lever. I just got this bike and it was running fine until I went to adjust the free play on the decompression lever. It was seized so I gave it a bit of a knock with a hammer and it in seized. I think though that inside the rocker cover I might have turned the lever around somehow. It is a half scircle cam that pushes down on the rocker arm. At the moment it is the flat side that faces down to the rocker arm and not the half circle side. Does anyone have a pic, workshop manual or description on how this thing should look inside the rocker cover. It sounds like I have loose tappets when it is running even though I have done the valve clearance and it's driving me insane. Appreciate any feedback.
