Olympic Breeding - Adams and Williams?

Just watching the Olympics highlights and suddenly had a thought. Would Valerie Adams and Sonny Bill Williams make a super kid? If so, can we argue it's in the country's best interests to enforce this?

I am aware there are all sorts of ethical issues but those aside, could we not produce an army of super athletes and dominate world sport?

As long as one has a white relative they may be in with a shout of having a non white baby... or at least turning white at a later date
