Hi all, wasn't too sure where to post this one, so here goes. I've got a '99 SV650, and a set of farings from a 600/750 srad. I'd like to fit the farings to the SV, but really don't know what I'm doing. Can anybody in Auckland help with this? I don't really have much in the way of welding/fabricating skills so would quite like to bring somebody else on board to help me.

I faced the same problem with my SV when I first started out racing. It was a bit of a mission but I ended up getting some aluminium strips from Bunnings and made up some brackets to hold everything in place. Most likely you will have to butcher the fairings to get them to fit nice and snug. Good luck.

I've just been mucking around in the garage, got some bits of light steel to make the brackets out of. Unfortunately the srad fairing is much too wide for the sv, and without drastic modifications it isn't really going to fit. I was going to fit just the top piece so I would have a screen at least but that is turning into a nightmare pretty quickly.

Hiya mate, if you want to get rid of the SRAD fairings, PM me a price.
