Hey fellas, posting in the racing section because you lot prob have more info than others.
I need new tyres for my bikes, for track days and racing over summer. Supercorsas (not slicks) in particular. However the price of the new ones is making me age early. Does anyone know who offers decent deals on these tyres? I'm going to need a continual supply but not all in one go, if you get me.
Any ideas?

If you are interested in used ones I sell my old race ones and still have a few sets available at present...with more coming of course. Most are still fine for track days/road use so long as you don't want to break lap records. Send me a PM if interested. $250 a set

Yes I've looked at cycletreads. Their website lists a set at $800. I could be wrong, but that's just normal retail right? Or do they give discounts if you talk to them nicely?
Biggles, thanks for that. Will keep it in mind.

most places will list RRP cause that's all they're allowed to list.
if you go in and talk to them they usually cut you a deal ;)

Any of you gurus have an opinion on Pirelli over Bridgestone slicks?

I would just use one or the other, its never a good idea to put a tyre over another tyre.
