Is it legal to have a 6 digit number plate on a motorcycle?

For a plate intended for a car or truck, you can have up to and including 6 characters. For a motorcycle, trailer or tractor you are limited to 5 characters or less.

Bike (and trailer) plates are smaller than cage plates so are restricted to 5 max and no wording above or below (on the plate itself). Not sure about plate surrounds on a bike.

You can on a Spyder because it's registered as a car. Also only pay car rego.
