C'mon, I get guys to do inductions every day, fill out risk assessments, risk matrix's, working at height permits, tools tagged, hot works permits....etc...... its all for their safety...:innocent:

It improves their communication skills and cuts accident frequency (cos they are busy filling forms & attending safety meetings),
