apps for stone tablets

I have a little nokia 3710 flip phone.On occasion i have the need to take a pic and post it to this forum (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php/99052-Tag-o-rama!).My phone software sucks for this as i cant seem to navigate to the attachmnet uploader.opera mini is just as bad and some other UC lite or something i just deleted is also hopeless.I dont want to spend 100s on a phone just so i can upload pics to tag games,cos otherwise i use it for the occasional text or call,i dont do facebook on it,i only check the occasional email .Can i get a useable browser on it or am i out of luck?

just checked opera mini,and there are absolutely no options for uploading images when making a post
