I reckon this is a pretty good deal for a motorcycle action camera.
GOPRO HD Hero2 Motorsports Edition (http://goo.gl/qO1mA)
I used a number of action cameras now, found the gopro is by far the best on the market. I paid 490ish @ Camera & Camera on Queen street few month ago...
If anyone thinking of getting one, now is a good time. lol

Wow, yes. Mostly, they cost $500. Buy it, you won't be disappointed, except maybe with the sound (wind noise). I borrowed a non HD one on my bike and found that if you get a cotton tip (like the one you pick your ears with) pull the tip off, and shove it between the camera housing and the mic hole. Made a big difference.

HD HERO2: Motorsports Edition is $399 here (OZ). Amazing footage, love the slow-mo stuff.
Word of advice... don't use the suction cap mount on the bike. You may be spending half the day back tracking to pick up the pieces
I've got a Replay XD1080, happy with it sofar.

Word of advice... the suction cup has a locking lever and you should spit or add water on the cup to make double sure its going to stick.
Had a mate tell me the suction cup was too wobbly for videos. Then I told him he should try using that locking lever to hold it rock solid on the bike...
I have actually had the camera fall off once. Stayed on the tank but only just and had to come to a stop with one hand while holding it which wasn't the easiest.
