ignore me if you already know this, but the rg/rgv150 engines are no good for buckets (max 125 aircooled 2stroke or 100 water cooled) unless of course you sleeve them down to the right capacity :yes:

Shit didn't know that, Thank you! I see their are always the wee RG/RGV/NSR150 on trademe, thought they were in the Buckets class, will need to re-think.

The 150cc 2 strokes fit into the streetstock class, which races with buckets in the South Island (well at most of the big tracks actually). The The Bucket Motorcycle Racing Club is Chch based and have there own little forum, check it out here http://www.fxr150.co.nz/forum/forumdisplay.php?25-BMRC
