Prorider days & courses in Auckland?

Hi there

I am considering booking a Prorider course and maybe a track day, just for a change of scenery and to improve my riding.

I just wondered if anyone had been on one of these courses and how they rated them? Did it improve your riding? Was it worth $200? etc
