Digital CDI on a CBR250RR

Is there any point or benefit fitting a digital CDI to my MC22 CBR250rr considering it is running fine as is other than being a bit touchy to start when cold.
Thoughts or experience please?

if its going fine, why are you wanting to do it in the first place? are you trying to acheive something in particular? No point throwing money at it for no reason. Personally I wouldnt bother, Id put the money towards tyres or suspension.

If it is running fine rather than the cold start the digital cdi won't do anything. I have worked on lots of these bikes and cold start problems are usally due to low compression. Get it checked if you are worried about the cold start issues.
