Hello fellow bikers!

Does anyone have a bike sitting in their shed that is "learner approved" that they might want to sell or even lease out for a few months?
I am just wanting some thing to get some practice in so I can sit my restricted, finally! My bike riding interests got put on the back burner for the past few years :( but I am now keen to get back into riding!
Also, I am wanting a cruiser, sports bikes just seem to hurt my back, I can't handle riding in that position for long...

Cheers!

Consider naked-sports bikes (or even classics), they have more of a up-right sitting position and are very comfortable to ride (for me at least).

Cruisers are more for motorway riding as I understand it.

Probably need to extend your budget a tad...$1,000 will buy you trouble...I have been there.

We have a friend in South Auckland that may still have her 250 Hyosung cruiser for sale....I will check.

I have a YB100 that I have been using to get my license that you could have used. Nothing flash but has been getting the job done. Now that everything has changed with what bikes are allowable though I guess there are a lot more larger bikes that may fit the bill. Thats what I am looking forward to, being able to ride my Benelli Tornado on my restricted license!
