hey im in the middle of fixing a Honda Spada 1988 VT250j i when i removed the carb and took it apart i realised the t-junction that feeds petrol to the carb from the fuel line is broken in 3 parts!!
now i have tryed to fix this is many ways but because of the way it sits in the bike and the force of the petrol line it still leaks so. my question is does anyone have one of these parts lying around ? or know of where i might get one .... its such a hard part to find
i have found the entire carb for 100 but i only need the little bit in the middle . cheers - kamal

Measure it and let me know how long between the o-rings and what diameter.

Closest fitting I can find in my boxes of shit is 42mm by 9mm.
If I find anything suitable I'll PM you.
It could be worth popping in to a few parts stores and asking if they have anything suitable.
Otherwise most VT series carbs may have a similar fitting

cant thank you enuff ! .
I have tryed everywhere but i live in queenstown and i am very limited to parts and shops . best thing ive found was a guy in christchuch breaking a vt but he would not break the carb only sell it as a whole for 100
next step is to phone honda when i am not working

Try email www.econohonda.co.nz I imagine they'll be very helpful. I had a spare set of Spada carbs a few years back when I had mine, but they've gone AWOL.

I could make you that part in steel (sans o-rings) for half that... but you'd need calipers to measure it more accurately.

Could be part# 16026-KV0-014, or at least might fit.

Will need a few more measurements if you want a new one made up. Basically a section drawing showing all dimensions, widths/diameters of each little flat bit... The width and diameter of the o-ring groove is fairly important as it governs the 'squish' and how well it seals, but they could also be recalculated for a known hole and o-ring size.

It looks like there is a fuel inlet on the LHS one, so the join between the carbs would just be a straight through part. It'll be off one of the F series VT250s I reckon.
