I was recently shopping around for new gear and after a long google-trademe-barrys point road research I ended up using this company.

http://www.motostorm.it/en/

It's Italian based (go the motherland :2thumbsup ) , the process was very straight forward, site is also in English, big selection of good quality gear, shipping was fast, took only a week, and also much cheaper than shop prices. Ordering from outside EU is cheaper because they subtract taxes at checkout.

There are plenty of good products right here in NZ but I was looking for a couple of particular items that couldn't find here (or were overpriced) : a new high-viz modular helmet (on the picture) and a waterproof backpack for commuting.

I'm not connected in any way to the company just a satisfied customer and I thought to share the link.

Ciao!

So for pricing you use the "Price without VAT for extra UE countries €____" cost?

it seems fc-moto.de is still way cheaper than that.

I just looked at Arai RX7-GP and that italian site gave 685EUR (= almost 1100NZD) excl vat while fc-moto gave below 900NZD (and I think they take the vat out further on that).
