No helmet, no safety gear, not allowed to carry a passenger on a trailer and not allowed to have a load that's not tied on properly. And the trailer probably isn't hitched up safely either.

And incorrect. None of those things are illegal in Buttfuck, Idaho where the picture was taken. I just cannot see the compulsory chicken wings and pork ribs anywhere.
