Juat another thought on this, following weekend is a round at Taupo. MAybe someone could take it there and someone take it further north? If you can't find a lift for it this weekend????

Bike tranz, captain transporter (they were a little cheaper) and motorcycle movers.
I just googled "motorcycle transport" and checked out what came up
