Rolling Thunder's Christchurch Sales Manager Wayne has had his Harley stolen today. The bike was stolen this morning behind Manchester Street, Christchurch. Rego: CME41 If you see it please ring 111 asap.The bike is a Captain American Softail, let's help Wayne find his bike.

Any idea how they lifted it? We work nearby and I saw an Hirequip horsefloat pull up outside our yard this morning briefly. Didn't see what car was towing it, but if it did somehow end up in the back of it could be of help.

Thanks for the info, do you remember the time and where the Hirequip horsefloat was parked?
Any idea how they lifted it? We work nearby and I saw an Hirequip horsefloat pull up outside our yard this morning briefly. Didn't see what car was towing it, but if it did somehow end up in the back of it could be of help.

Can't be exact with the time sorry, but somewhere mid to late morning. It was parked outside our business, 380 Moorhouse Ave, Indy Cars. It could be completely unrelated, but it did stick out at the time.

Take less than 2 hours to strip it to reusable, resaleable and scrapped parts that cannot be identified so don't think "well known" makes much difference.
