Suzuki AN125 oil filter?

Friend of mine has a Suzuki AN125 scooter. Bought the oil and oil filter for an oil change but cannot locate the oil filter on the scooter. Can anyone help?

Pretty sure it's the LHS front just behind the engine mount, behind a small cover with three bolts that says oil filter

Why have Suzuki discontinued the AN125? It seemed to be quite a strong seller; three in my local shop, all gone within two months.
