After seeing Digitdion start a thread about online bike gear retailers in the Bikegear subforum, I thought it might be handy to get a online parts thread going here, even if its just so people can search for it in the future (I know I tried and had no luck). Excluding the obvious Ebay, Trademe etc here are some sites I can recommend.
http://www.motorcyclewrecker.co.nz/ - Extensive list of NZ based wreckers.
http://www.motorcycleparts.com.au/ - Sends an email to dozens of Australian wreckers and they reply to you if they hold that part with a cost.
http://www.importmonster.com.au/ - If youve got a older Japanese bike, this is a goldmine. The easiest way to browse the Japanese Yahoo auctions if you cant read japanese. Search the auctions though Importmonster, buy an item (you put money onto your Importmonster account), then import monster buy on your behalf and ship it to you. Excellent service and you can find basically anything on those auctions. Once your done contact Importmonster and they credit whatevers leftover on your account back to your credit card.
http://www.thetuningworks.co.uk/ - Mostly RGV related but other makes like RS250, RS125, TZR250 are stocked.
http://www.wemoto.com/ - Again, very good. Huge selection of parts for different bikes.
http://www.cmsnl.com/ - Very good 'exploded' part diagrams hosted on here for nearly every bike. They hold or can source nearly any part but be prepared to pay for it! Good service and good communication. Even if you dont want to order through them, using their exploded diagrams is an awesome way to get the correct parts numbers or ID'ing what youre missing.
http://www.rgvspares.com/ - Stores just come back up but doesnt list their full range. Probably best to email them for parts. Mostly RGV or other 2-stroke bike related and is very clued up even if you just need some information.
http://www.motoone.co.nz/ - NZ based. Mostly use this site to buy my oils, lubes, coolant through as Ive found them to be pretty cheap. Free shipping for orders over $150. Good range of MX gear and other odds and end. Worth checking out.
Hopefully we can get a good list going.
