Budget considerations for RTW trip

Hi everybody,

Am planning an extended RTW starting in 2014. I was hoping to hear from folk who have done a similar trip recently to help with planning my budget while on the road. I understand we all travel differently (camp vs posh hotel), but would like to get an idea of how much fellow riders have spent on a daily or monthly basis, or even the overall cost of the adventure. I got a decent grasp on domestic costs (carnet, immunisations, etc) and need more information for overseas travel.
If such a thread already exists, please point me in the right direction.
