"Rooif 2012 all over sadly had crash in the dust today endoed into a hole ,landed on should which lead to afternoon of hospitals disslocated shoulder and torn mussles very stiff and saw end the day I'm ok not dead always next yeart !!!! Thanx for everyones help and support getting here"

Seems like it's quite warm over there...

long day today, just over 8 hours non stop, started off well but had a total meltdown when I think I overheated myself on the last loop, lost my lunch a couple of times and thought 'oh no, I'm having a heart attack', found a river to cool off in, kept on pushing to top of Freefall and got 5th. Quite big gap to catch Wade who came 1st, but tomorrow is another day and we shall soldier on!

Man flu...

Fifth Roof done and dusted ... didn't turn out quite how I wanted, not sure where I came, prov results say 10th, just kept battling away all day but struggled to really be able to push as kept nearly fading away! Well done to Wade for an amazing race, top work, and well done to my good friend Altus for 2nd place - you worked hard all year for that!
