Thats damn good value if you're into that sort of thing. The guy posted a bit about it on here somewhere, think he was trying to start a business making more of them, so good luck with his sale!

Obviously doesn't work for any of the oil companies in "the Naki" ... :innocent:

It will only go a max of 60k's before needing a recharge.

Electric will get a lot better. i do wonder if the electric vehicle is doing anything to help the planet - the battery production (probably using exotic metals) is bound to be very toxic.

What a cool idea! We need more advancement in this technology.

And it is pretty horny looking too.

Good luck to seller.

"650 SRAD"? WTF is he on about?

If you don't know what your donor bike is, I'm pretty sure that will turn some buyers off.

Not yet roadworthy and he wants how much? For a bike that probably has a maximum range of 26.5kms at 30 km/hr.

Yeah. Nah.

Why not make one that runs on LPG, I wonder?

Motorcyclists can't cope with a bike that isn't shaped like a bicycle from 1886 with an engine strapped in the middle hole. You can't expect them to like a pressurised gas cylinder pointing at their gentitalia.

I think you've missed the point.

You kind of need a university education to get it.

Possibly. However any motive power source that is incapable of a consistent kJ output across the expected range of the vehicle is pointless. Battery powered vehicles and their close hybrid cousins are developmental dead ends, no matter how much better batteries get. It might be clever, but I wouldn't be able to get to work on it, let alone recharge it to get almost home again.

It's only 8.5k mate, even the 'uneducated' hairys could afford that if they really wanted it.

The school of hard knocks approach to learning about the path of least resistance ought to be interesting.

 You're right! I forgot about the cylinder! That'd look rather awkward! :killingme

But couldn't the regular tank be the cylinder (albeit a small one - but still better range than the electric and similar performance to petrol version, right?)?
