I don't tweet myself, no one following me anyway! But I do follow other tweets, namely from motogp riders, teams, reporters (ie Toby Moody) etc. Get info very quickly.

ps , its a great marketing tool , is twitter ,

example , I have a free time slot between 3 and 5 , ( if for example you were a hair dresser , then your entire customer base gets the message or the one that follow u ( because u gave them some incentive to follow you )
