Had a 'discussion' with a work collegue this morning at work. Eno's is a self acclaimed motorbike expert. In fact Eno's no's just about everything about everything. According to E'nos he has owned around 140 motorbikes in his time, although in the 12 years he's worked with me, he has never owned one.

The discussion centred around the Gn 250's. Eno's reckons they had a rear disc brake from the early 80's. I can not recall ever seeing a GN with a rear disc brake.

Can anyone verify that? I have ridden several GN's over the years and cant ever recall a rear disc brake.

I can not recall ever seeing a GN with a rear disc brake.
That would be because they didn't ever have one

Only breifly, due to front brake inadequacy and rider demographic you'll often see them sliding backwards down the road. On such occasions you could say there is a disc brake to the rear.

It might have been a "Works" GN that Eno's was secretly testing for the factory.................

Maybe when he was dreaming about all those other bikes, he dreamed about higher spec GN's

disc brake technology has not made it to the new millenium.
