Dual spanner for axle nuts
Spare Clutch/Brake levers
Gear lever
Navigational aids
Basic set of tools
Spare gloves and winter liners for jacket and pants
Will sort spare chain link
Is a fire extinguisher really necessary ?
What else can be added to the list - a must ? (Don't want to take whole lot of unnecessary crap)

Yes. We go through a track that is forested alongside and a bunch of high country that will be dry grass.

Where are people getting there fire extinguishers from? Looking for 0.3kg - I think. Not in the safety shops ive been to or Supercheap etc. Smallest they have is 0.5 kg

His crashed bike managed to burn a couple of hundred acres of prime Central Otago scrubland ....:weep:
Carrying the fire extinguisher is more about liabilty, and prevention of large scale fire. A small fire can be stopped BEFORE it's a BIG fire.
Crashes, fuel and hot engines in tinder dry grasses don't mix so good.

I don't think he even had to crash it for it to catch fire, was just riding along IIRC.
Epoxy putty.
Something to clean your visor/googles.
I thought I had my navigational aid all sorted but she broke her ankle. Will hopefully be ok after a reboot in a few weeks though :yes:
