No more pushing

This vid got posted on another site and I spotted their method of starting the bike, looks like a tiller or rotavator with the tines replaced with a kart wheel, no more pushing.

Thats pretty neat. Stop the video at 1;23. looks to me like the final drive off a shaft drive bike, with a kart wheel and tyre mounted. The motor might be from a portable waterblaster.
