The cops are often conducting a few of those exercises on the corner of K'Rd and Symonds, right next to the motorway. Mostly for red lights I think. Normally a bike and 2 cars.

Maybe he/she got pinged for "accelerating too quickly"? Honest officer, the wheel came up by itself :rofl:
