I just had to try this, There's a thread about how many K's would you find acceptable when buying a bike.
So for those who have/know/experienced/heard about......

How many Coffee's would Pete have to ply you with (or even threaten just ONE) for you to submit to buying a bike from him? :innocent:

I am willing to try one of these coffees (no apostrophe, my coffee is a correct coffee). I've heard many vague statements about 'em, but they can't be any worse than gingivitis.

I bought a sweet GSXR750H from WMCC years ago (Mick) but I never got a coffee. No matter how good or bad Petes coffee is, I doubt there's another free brew more famous in this fair country of ours.

Don't know that it would convince me to buy a bike there but the last time I wandered in to kill some time, I appreciated the coffee even though I said I was just there to fill in time waiting for my GF.
Definitely helps to get me back in the door and the more I stop in the more likely I am to buy something...

I first heard about Pete's coffee on these forums several years ago and I still have no idea if it has a reputation for being excellent or terrible.

It's fucking awesome. The cafe next door actually asked me to stop making it so nice. They're worried I'll run them out of town.

On it's reputation alone I've had to turn Pete's not insistant offers of coffee down, at least 4 times in the last couple of years and I still live in Dorkland.
Famous around the globe by now I reckon Madness.
Don't believe ya about the next door coffee shop but Crasher, a likely story eye believe, you've c ocked um, sorry, cooked up.

I have bought two bikes from scooter center. Both from whitetrash. His coffee is terrible, perhaps I should have dealt with Pete.

If you all reckon his coffee's fucking bad then I suggest you try his tea :puke:

Those of you with no taste (buds left after I've fried them), are welcome to a cold can of coke during the summer months if you'd prefer...

Seems to me that there is a marketing oppotunity here Pete...'Crashers Coffee' could become synonymous (and indeed, a rather explosive replacement) for/with Lion Brown
A bowel cleanser like no other!

Two of the Bro's have flown down to Wellington village an bought HD's from the guys at WMC over the last few months.

I think the coffee must be a modern day right of passage or something.

They did that because you were putting people off coffee for life!

I want to keep this pretty quiet.....

But you actually did make me a decent cup of coffee last time. Probably someone else out the back made it.
And I'd also like to complain about the compulsory test rides, too. I only wandered in to the shop for a look!....
