I wouldn't buy a bike off someone who can't spell its name properly, but that's just me.

You should do a search on here for "Northland Motorcycles" and see what comes up.

I paid 3k for a zrx1100, so no.

ZRX's are generally awesome though.

thank you, I am going to keep looking for something like this, I really dig the bike, there is a kawa GPZ550 going for about the same price though that IS on the allowed LTNZ list.

And that one has good cause to be called a classic.

lol ya, it sure is a classic., going to look at a Suzuki GSX250 2002 tomorrow, I really really like the looks and sounds of the Honda VFR NC24's but I cant find anything local at the moment.

Just as well, VFRs aren't LAMS approved :p If you wanted a Honda 400 sportsbike you'd need to get an RVF instead.

About the wife thing, have you not heard of the saying "sometimes it is easier to ask for forgiveness rather than permission":innocent:

For the age of the bike, the K;s are pretty resonable, my kawasaki has >70k and its a 89, still goes strong. sure there are some minor things that always need attention popping up, but its all part of the fun. And besides, doesnt matter how many K's they have done, Kawasakis are awesome. Well worth a look.
