Watch out for the old internet self-diagnosis lark. Last time I did that I rushed down to the after hours with a sure-fire case of bowel cancer. I cam home half an hour later with a tube of ointment, feeling rather embarrased.

I just wanted to know what the options where, just in case I could operate on her myself and save a few $$$
Testicles?

My daughter is white and quite pronounced. Is it really a problem?

I sometimes bite those damn things. Hurts and they bleed. I'd have hoped to have bitten them right off and out of my life by now. No such luck.
(This is the first time I even knew other people had them.)

I catch 'em every now and then too and even though its not overly sore, it's feckin annoying.

Quite possibly. I just wanted to know what they were called. She was the thumb sucker of the family and has a burst blood vessel, at least that's what we think it is, on her thumb from that. She's constantly stretching her mouth, almost as you do with a coldsore, and I'm wondering if they're annoying her too. Perhaps I'll ask her about that one :)

Mouth stretching is a common form of tic, (involunary muscle activity) a lot of kids develop some form of tic and outgrow them. Wouldn't worry about it unless it perseveres.
I can't chew gum, or eat anything with the helmet on, I munch the inside of my cheeks.

Aye, I'm not worried about the tic as it isn't persistent and as you say it'll likely go bye bye as she gets a wee bit older and more confident... although it has been noted by a couple of people that she may be sitting on the autistic spectrum somewhere, however she may just be trying to find her feet. I guess we'll know for sure someday.
 dopey bugga.
