Reckon it's just cause bikers love the road so knowing the basics & getting licences ain't a prob. Whereas these cheaters will just want their licence to get from A to B, no care/respect for the road, no love for driving simply a means to an ends

Regardless of the bullet proof nature of our youth, I would have thought any one who wants a motorcycle licence would have thought of their own mortality at some point, if you cheat to get the test you're probably not going to last that long.
