Had the Battlestar painted by Reflections in Glenfield.
It has 80,000km up, was looking a bit tired, stone chipped and had some minor crash damage - so it had a birthday.
The 1000 word thing to do is show you some pics and just say i'm very satisfied with the results.
Thanks Dave!

Talking about your self in third person again:weird:
But the trumpet is looking good i must say... having seen it at the pub in the dark.
Like I'm Mike Tyson. Dave is the proprietor. Came up even better after it had a groom.

Was at the Sawmill cafe in Leigh this afternoon - just a car in the car park.

I got 'trade', but Dave uses 'a ZZR250 is around $1,250' as a guide.
I'm told you can get cheaper, but this is undoubtedly a top quality job by a specialist.

Not to bad Dave. Like the Ohlins back end ! The whole range suffered from these Crap shocks loosing their Damping after awhile . Nice work

Thanks all.
Yep - shocks on both mine were shagged under 20,000km.
I stick Ohlins on everything anyway.
i've got some nifty ride height adjusters on the back as well.

I have it jacked right up to quicken the steering and it's now got reasonable ground clearance. (for what started life as a tourer).
Ohlins springs in the forks and race tech cartridge emulators means the front end works quite nicely too.

You're going to need shiny new riding kit to go with it.
