Well not long to go before we leave for Eastern Creek for Russell's 1st ever Race Meeting out of NZ.
Looks like the weather is going to be kind to him while there around 26 deg.
So how about getting behind him and the other Kiwi's who are racing over there and wish them all good luck.:2thumbsup

Well what a weekend of Racing had by all of those Kiwi's who were racing at The Barry Sheene Festival of Speed. Not only did Chris Bridge win the Paul Dobbs Memorial Race but the Kiwi's won the Barry Sheene Tran Tasman Trophy as well.
Fantastic effort by all of the riders competing and a great weekend had by all.
Looking forward to the rematch at Hampton Downs in October this year.
Even my Hubby Russell ( Rusty's) gave it a good go in the Ken Lucas Snr Championship Challenge (+90 Years) finishing a fantastic 4th and doing his best time of 1.54.
Got most of the container packed up after racing had finished with just the last couple of bikes to be loaded in by the morning.
Thanks to all of those people who organised this event and for the transportation, shipping etc. Great job.

Well done all, the kiwi presence certainly did swell the lineup and the results were good.
(Whispers : pssst, Ken Lucas is still very much still alive, and still racing...)
