6 Lamborghinis!

Came back from the Taupo relay last night and passed 6 Lamborghinis headed north (about 3pm).

(I think the config was...)

1x Diablo
2x Countaches
2x Gallardos
1x Aventador

Only reporting because it's rare to see a Lamborghini on the roads.... let alone 6 in a row!

Anyone else see them?

Im often surprised at some of the rare cars driving around nz.
Just yesterday i saw a new Morgan Aero, few weeks ago i saw a Merc 300SL and ive seen an Aston Martin 177 around a few times; worth a cool $2.8 Million.

Actually it's not all that rare to see a Lambo on the motorways of D'Auckland. Not that this fact redeems D'Auckland in any way, it's still a shit-hole.

Ermmm.... you may be referring to another thread. A GN is much quicker than a Lamborghini in traffic. Possibly quicker to 5kph in a drag race....

Funny places they crop up in.... there are 2 Lambos plus 1 Ferrari in Coromandel (population 1600 with a following wind) and one or two Lamborghini in Whitianga. Also, my dentist in Whitianga has an Aston Martin DB9 (and a Harley). And yes, he's heard all the jokes about me paying for them :rolleyes:

Saw a Ferrari 599 near Maungaturoto and a 458 in Orcland yesterday, also seen a white McLaren MP4-12C in Hamilton a few weeks ago.
